Return Policy

You have seven days from the time you get your item to request a return under our seven-day policy. Your item must be unworn or unused, with tags still attached, and in the original packing in order to be eligible for a return. The invoice or other evidence of purchase is also required.

 

To begin a return, get in touch with us at gapaudel@gmail.com If your return is approved, we'll provide you with a return postage label and shipping instructions. We won't accept items that are sent back to us without first requesting a refund.

 

Damages and issues

When you receive your order, please check it carefully. If anything is wrong, damaged, or defective, please let us know straight away so we can investigate and make things right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, discounted items and gift cards cannot be returned.

 

Refunds

Once we've received and examined your return, we'll let you know whether or not the refund was accepted. If accepted, a refund will be made automatically using your original payment method. Please keep in mind that processing and posting the refund by your bank or credit card provider can take some time.

 

If the seller is not at fault, all shipping charges are the responsibility of the client.
